1. World Help
World Help is a NGO that has helped worked to bring back the people of Rwandans. They worked to bring back healing and restoration to the Rwandan communities by doing trauma counseling, building homes, getting child sponsorships, construction projects that has been done for the people, providing clean water and wells, helped them in retaining a sustainable agriculture, vocational training and many more.

2. World Vision
In July 1994, the World vision has begin their relief operation in Rwanda, where American Randy Strash was sent to Kigali to establish an office so that they can begin distributing relief supports for the people in Rwanda. In 1996, the World Vision has began its reconciliation and peacebuilding programs in Rwanda. Four year laters, World Vision decided to focus on long term, child focused, and community based development in Rwanda.

3. Rwanda Rural Rehabilitation Initiative (RWARRI)

RWARRI came into being in 1994 but started its activities in Rwanda in 1995. The organisation was started by a group of professionals and self motivated Rwandese who felt they should use their experience to make a positive contribution towards the reconstruction of the country following the genocide in 1994. This was a recognition that more than 70% of Rwanda's population live below the poverty line and the majority of these are found in the rural area. depending mainly on agriculture for their survival and remain the most vulnerable and marginalised in Rwanda.

4. CARE Rwanda

CARE Rwanda is currently working in 27 out of 30 districts in all provinces of Rwanda. From 1984 to 1994, CARE Rwanda implemented a range of development projects, including maternal health care, forestry and water and sanitation activities.Emergency operations included the distribution of shelter, food, basic domestic survival items, water, seeds and tools.At the height of the emergency efforts in 1994, CARE Rwanda assisted an estimated 1.5 million internally displaced people, refugee returnees and impoverished local residents. CARE has since has built a significant rehabilitation and development program.Projects now include AIDS prevention, water-system rehabilitation and community management of water systems, health education, agroforestry and sustainable land use management, community-assisted shelter projects and promotion of women's agricultural production.
