1. World Bank
World bank has tremendously helped Rwanda in making important economic and structural
reforms and to make sure that the economic growth rates sustain over the last decade.

2. UNAMIR (United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda)

In October 1993, the Security Council established another international force, the United Nations
Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR), by its resolution 872 (1993), to assist the parties in
implementing the agreement, monitor its implementation and support the transitional government.
The headquarters of UNAMIR's demilitarized zone sector was established when the advance party
arrived and became operational on 1 November 1993, when the elements of NMOG II were
absorbed into UNAMIR. In the first part of December 1993, the deployment of the UNAMIR
battalion in Kigali, consisting of contingents from Belgium and Bangladesh, was completed and
the Kigali arms-secure area was established on 24 December.

3. African Union
African Union is an organization of African nations formed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (1963),
for the purpose of coordinating policy and promoting unity among African peoples. Before that,
it was called as O.A.U which is stand for Organization of African Unity. The Organization of
African Unity (O.A.U), which is today well known as African Union has lodge a report about the
genocide that happened in 2000. Before the UNAMIR mission led by General Roméo Dallaire
(military) and Jacques-Roger Booh-Booh (civilian), the OAU had indeed sent a
Neutral Military Observation Group, known by its French initials as GOMN.
